Cancellation Policy

At Noor Alain Travels, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining quality service. Should you need to cancel your travel package, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation Timeframe: To cancel a booking, please submit a cancellation request at least 1 day before the scheduled tour or travel date.
• Refund Policy: Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund with a 2% deduction from the total amount. The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
