Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon payment.

Payments

Full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept major payment methods listed on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the tour date to be eligible for a refund, with a 2% deduction applied. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Changes to Booking

Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. We will accommodate changes based on availability and may charge an administrative fee.

Responsibility

Noor Alain Travels is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Travelers are responsible for securing travel insurance.

Tour Conduct

Clients are expected to adhere to local laws and cultural norms. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who act inappropriately or pose a threat to the safety and well-being of others.

Force Majeure

Noor Alain Travels is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
